Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your expertise in technical networking systems and platform deployment to drive Presales Solution Architecture success
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to generate demand for modernized data networking solutions, focusing on Campus, Branch, SDWAN / WAN edge and Datacenter / Cloud connectivity
  • Translate customer requirements and proactive suggestions into Costed, Scoped Professional Services Statements of Work and Bill of Hardware and Software materials
  • Develop Project Execution plans in collaboration with NTTD Project Managers and Technical Consultants / Delivery Engineers to provide confidence to customers and accuracy in Professional Services estimates
  • Drive NTTD branded Support Services attach to OEM Vendor Hardware and Software
  • Be a trusted advisor to customer counterparts
  • Work closely with key vendor counterpart to remain current with networking technology developments and in turn share these developments directly with customer counterparts
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business or a related field
  • Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X etc
  • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies e.g TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc
  • Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous
Required Skills and Experience
  • Advanced professional technical design, deployment, change implementation, testing and day-to-day management of Data Networking infrastructure and associated control platforms
  • Advanced Project or Program Management experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
  • Advanced experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns and best practices
  • Advanced experience working in an agile development environment
  • Advanced experience in developing, selling and delivering technical solutions
