About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Continuous Improvement specialist to lead the quality function for our B&D Group site in Revesby. As a key member of our team, you will provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives
  • Conducting root-cause analysis and formulating solutions
  • Implementing quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes
  • Validating and analysing claims data, identifying trends, and driving site-based improvement initiatives
