About You:
As a successful candidate, you will have a sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining Quality Management Systems. You will also have meticulous attention to detail, data analysis and statistical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
• Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
• Collaborating, influencing, and driving improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Conducting root-cause analysis and formulating solutions
• Implementing quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes
• Validating and analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and driving site-based improvement initiatives
