About the Role

We're seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement specialist to lead the quality function for our B&D Group site in Revesby. You will provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated so the business continually improves its quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
  • Collaborate, influence, and drive improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Make root-cause analysis and formulate solutions
  • Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes
  • Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining Quality Management Systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Data analysis and statistical aptitude
