Leadership Role Summary:

This is a key role within a company, responsible for developing and driving project strategies, including the formation of project visions and significant stakeholder relationship management.


Project Overview:

The Project Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver large-scale Masterplanned Communities on the Tweed Coast. The role is based in Tweed with regular travel to a Brisbane office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Implement Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, promoting environmental stewardship.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution of all phases.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and cultivate strategic relationships.

Requirements:
  • Collaborative Team Member/ Leader: Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Development Management Proficiency: Track record in development management, particularly within greenfield residential land or similar sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial insight with significant experience in forecasting and financial management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on utilising customer insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Driven by results with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Educational Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, providing a solid academic foundation
