About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analyst to join our team at Colonial First State. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced sales analytics models to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to support sales performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales analytics and business intelligence.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.
