Job Summary: We're looking for a reliable and organized Logistic Assistant to assist our Logistics Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers and walkers, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries using software and assign bags to drivers
  • Pull and organize delivery bags from the cool room
  • Hand off deliveries efficiently to walkers and drivers
  • Communicate clearly with delivery team and occasionally with customers
  • Step up and run things when the Logistics Manager is away

Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Organized and time-aware
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Confident using a computer and learning new systems
  • Calm under pressure and able to solve small issues
