Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Care Professional to join our team. As a vital member of our care community, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to residents and their families.

Your primary responsibility will be the total care of each resident, encompassing their physical, emotional well-being, and safety. You will have autonomy to make decisions and enjoy the support of our personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.

You will act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management and providing leadership to others. This will foster a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.

We require a Nursing Care Professional available to work Monday to Friday, 6:30am until 2:30pm, in our Ashmore location.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

While experience in aged care is beneficial, we welcome applications from candidates who are committed to resident well-being and aligned with our philosophy and values.

  • Qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA Registration with no restriction.

  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is required (or the ability to obtain one).
