Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant

This role offers the opportunity to build a career with one of the most successful retail foreign exchange groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by buying and selling foreign currency, servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals, building customer rapport and repeat business.
  • Perform daily branch duties including cash handling, reconciliations and adherence to procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques are required to assist customers with their foreign currency needs.
  • A flair for sales and promoting services while achieving targets.
  • Self-motivation, energetic attitude and ability to work under pressure.
