Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and securing foreign exchange deals
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND FOSTER REPEAT BUSINESS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND NEGOTIATION ABILITY
  • Assist with daily branch duties and ensure a smooth operation of the office
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to understand customers' foreign currency needs
  • Sales flair to promote services while achieving targets and exceeding expectations
  • Self-motivated, energetic attitude and adherence to established procedures
  • Able to work under pressure and independently, making decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
