About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  • Managing stock levels and implementing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales
  • Acting as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
  • Creating a safe and welcoming work environment for customers and colleagues

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional who can lead our sales and service team. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety procedures
  • Visual merchandising experience and knowledge of brand visual identity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
