About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable and Payable Processing: You will be responsible for managing the flow of money in and out of our clients' businesses, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Payroll and Superannuation: You will assist with payroll processing, superannuation, and other related tasks to ensure compliance with Australian tax and GST regulations.
- Month-End and Year-End Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ad-Hoc Bookkeeping and Finance Tasks: You will perform various bookkeeping and finance tasks as required, including reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on financial matters.
Requirements:
