We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to oversee the management of our properties, ensuring their efficient and effective operation.

Housed in modern offices in the CBD, you will form a part of a mature and welcoming team comprised of 5 staff, some of whom have been with the business for many years.

Responsibilities

As the sole Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of property management, including:

  • Managing rent rolls and collecting monthly rents from tenants;
  • Oversighting external agents while managing properties on our behalf;
  • Carrying out facility management tasks such as repairs, maintenance, AFSS, air conditioning, fire infrastructure etc.
  • Liaising with Councils regarding Development Approvals;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in commercial/industrial property management;
  • Ability to manage, supervise and procure builders and subcontractors;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Proficiency in ProGen software or similar;
  • A drivers license, Workplace safety card and Covid Vaccination Certificate.
