About this role:

Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling function across various construction and building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in project planning, critical path logic, and programme analysis. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other planning software is also required.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be able to work effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to validate timelines and keep activities on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Develop tender programs and methodologies, outlining milestones, durations, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, including regular site checks and progress reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and substantiating delay or extension of time claims.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to validate timelines and keep activities on track.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree-qualified in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience in project planning or project controls within the construction sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of scheduling, critical path logic, and programme analysis.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or other planning software.
  • Familiarity with project cost management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
