Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators
  • Inspire and motivate team members while leading by example
  • Recruit and train staff new team members
  • Working closely with HR for any workplace management requirements
  • Ensure the store complies with all WHS/HSSE requirements
  • Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store; including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service
About This Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong focus on sales growth, team motivation, and operational efficiency. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will be available to work weekends when required and be willing to undertake regular 'hands-on' operational work. They will also have a strong commitment to food safety standards and be able to maintain exceptional store standards.

  • Ideally have at least 4 years Management experience from either Pub, Club, Retail or Multi-Format Stores
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a customer service focus
  • Strong written and verbal communications applicable across multiple layers of the organisation
