Office Support Specialist
This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an administrative position with diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support including reception duties, mail collection and distribution, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain the office environment by ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
- Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and workshops.
- Perform other ad-hoc office duties as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced experience in MS Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize workload and progress multiple tasks concurrently.
- Good communicator – written and verbal.
- Planned, organised and methodical.
