As a Scientific Data Specialist, you will design and optimize data pipelines using Python and scientific libraries. This role requires expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize complex data pipelines for large datasets.
  • Apply advanced analytical methods to spectral and/or imaging data.
  • Ensure the reproducibility and scalability of analysis routines.

Required Skills:

  • Python: Demonstrated experience in Python for data analysis and software development.
  • Spectral and Imaging Data: Expertise working with spectral and/or imaging datasets.
  • Statistical Techniques: Familiarity with multivariate statistical techniques (e.g., PLS, PCA, k-fold validation).
  • Version Control: Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and reproducible code management.
  • Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
