Job Description:

The primary objective of this full-time position is to ensure that all warehouse operations and administrative tasks are completed within the required timeframe and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound stock movements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Update and maintain the warehouse management system to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Perform forklift operations and unpack containers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Process customer orders and prepare relevant documentation to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Facilitate pick and pack of orders and ensure timely dispatch to meet customer expectations.
  • Obtain transport quotes and coordinate deliveries to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Approve job costings and process invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Comply with company risk, health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist nationally with any overflow as required to support business continuity.

As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. Experience with Cargowise is preferred, and a forklift license is essential.
