We have a passionate team of 46 hand therapists and 15 administrative staff working across 13 clinics in the greater Brisbane area, providing state-of-the-art treatment programs and innovative rehabilitation techniques.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Administration Officer to join our team at the Ekco Ipswich Clinic on a Full-Time basis (38 hours per week). Part-Time applicants are also welcome, and we would be happy to discuss options.

This role is primarily based at our Ipswich clinic, but there may be occasions where you will be required to assist at our Brookwater location or other clinics as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reception and general administration duties
  2. Managing patient bookings and appointments
  3. Processing results and ensuring accurate documentation
  4. Data input and record keeping
  5. Invoicing and managing billing processes
  6. Handling general customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Requirements
  1. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-quality service to both staff and patients
  2. Previous experience in a medical/clinical setting or as a receptionist is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
  3. Familiarity with Best Practice software would be a bonus, but not required – we will train you on the system if needed
  4. Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  5. A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
