Senior Integration Engineer: Shared Space Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integration Engineer to lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.

  • This includes developing and implementing strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points, and analyzing and resolving integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
Requirements
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
