Job Title: Chief Integration Officer

The Chief Integration Officer plays a pivotal role in consolidating complex systems and capabilities across multiple platforms. This position demands an in-depth understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.

In this capacity, you will lead the consolidation of shared space capabilities, develop strategies for optimizing resource utilization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the consolidation of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
  • Analyzing and resolving integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
  • Managing the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
  • Conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.
  • Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues related to shared space capabilities.
  • Communicating technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance, a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
