Lead Barista Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Barista to oversee our dynamic catering team at a prestigious corporate venue in Oakleigh.
- Utilize your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
- Maintain speed, efficiency and A+ quality while setting, adjusting and correcting machine and grinder settings.
- Lead the barista operation and assist with food service where required.
About You:
- We're looking for experienced Baristas who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees with speed.
- Barista Qualifications are highly regarded, and relevant experience is essential.
