Lead Coffee Barista

We are looking for a skilled Lead Coffee Barista to join our team in Melbourne. As a Lead Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for brewing high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be comfortable working in a team and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Brewing high-quality coffee using commercial equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working effectively in a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista (preferably 1 year)
  • Food handling experience (required)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)

Benefits:
