Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the ANZ web and email programs, focusing on audience acquisition, engagement, nurture, and conversion.
  • Own the Salesforce ANZ website, ensuring it aligns with global brand consistency while delivering exceptional local relevance and performance.
  • Architect overarching ANZ email marketing strategies, defining audience segmentation, lifecycle communications, and nurture programs that guide prospects through the funnel.
  • Drive audience growth by establishing best practices for search engines and new AI-powered platforms.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement SEO best practices while advocating for market-specific needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of web and email specialists, manage key relationships, and collaborate extensively with stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
