About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Hardline Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing site works, managing project workforce, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onsite management of site works, reporting to our Head Office based Project Manager
  • Scheduling of Program Works
  • Managing the project workforce
  • Onsite Subcontractor coordination
  • Reviewing construction plans
  • Ability to be hands on in the trenches when required
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience within the Civil Construction sector including earth works, concrete and formwork
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
