We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3PL-managed warehouses across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:- This position is responsible for managing logistics service providers (LSPs) to meet operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will be accountable for delivering on budget expectations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with local transport regulations and FMCG-specific handling requirements.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality without compromising service standards.
- Maintain effective relationships with LSPs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations and LSP management, preferably in FMCG and with 3PL management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of demand and supply chain principles, transportation management systems, and warehouse operations best practices.
