Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Lead

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional leadership and guidance to a team of food and beverage professionals.

This involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple venues, including restaurants, bars, and gaming areas. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising teams, managing performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and be familiar with RSA procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management practices are adhered to
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and revenue targets
  • Promote a culture of open communication and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Certification in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
