**Leadership Role Overview**

This position plays a vital part in leading and guiding team members. The role ensures loan supply, quality, and portfolio management activities are consistently aligned to securitisation requirements.

The team structure consists of onshore and offshore team members provided by business partners. This leader will interact with various stakeholders, including treasury, product, risk, compliance, and external auditors.

Key responsibilities include providing coaching, system management, and project support that impacts the securitisation portfolio. Additionally, this leader will be expected to contribute to building a culture that is high-performing in delivering improvements that meet customer needs, financial targets, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a leader overseeing a team of up to 10-15 individuals.
  • Ability to communicate feedback effectively to improve team member performance and create a positive team culture.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing team members by setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • The desire to continuously improve performance and efficiency by understanding business metrics and managing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of processes and policies (desired).
