Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of chefs in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to drive the culinary direction of our restaurant, while developing and mentoring their team members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a premium dining environment, with experience in managing kitchen operations, staff development, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

  • Led the kitchen brigade day-to-day, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Developed and implemented menus that reflected the restaurant's unique vision and flavor profile.
  • Mentored and trained junior chefs to support their long-term growth and career success.
  • Oversaw profitable venue operations through effective cost control, stock management, and supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end, premium dining environment.
  • Proven track record of leading kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Experience with menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
