Stantec is seeking talented professionals to join our Water Advisory & Planning team in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to assist in the planning and design of water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake technical tasks such as data collection and analysis, hydraulic modelling, GIS/mapping, design drawings, engineering calculations, and reporting.
  • Participate in the planning phase of projects, including feasibility studies, hydraulic capacity assessments, infrastructure augmentation optioneering, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Support the design of water infrastructure, including pipelines, tanks, pump stations, and treatment plants.
Requirements
  • Currently in the final year of your degree or with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
