We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways, and appurtenant structures
  • Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams
  • Inspection, investigation, and condition assessment of existing dams
  • Construction support services, including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data, and construction reporting
  • Preparation of tenders and proposals and providing mentoring
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry
  • Positive attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and the local industry
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
