Working in the Information and Communication Technology branch, you will be responsible for the set up and continual servicing of valuable contracts to deliver services efficiently, reliably, and securely.

This role contributes to providing an ICT environment that supports delivering services to customers. You will manage significant ICT contracts including risk, performance, governance, and financial management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring contract performance against KPIs while identifying and undertaking corrective action as needed
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring vendors can deliver on needs
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters
  • Reviewing and evaluating expiring contracts
