The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Ovolo The Valley. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and personalized experiences for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with precision and attention to detail
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, ensuring guests are aware of all the wonderful experiences we have to offer
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the front office management team to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
