Job Title: Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to take on a key leadership role within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various business functions, including:

  • Pre-sales and after-sales services related to medium voltage switchgear installations
  • Non-conformance, warranty, and quality control processes
  • Warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in the energy industry, particularly in medium voltage switchgear
  • Able to work as part of a small team, use initiative, and be hands-on
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
