- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content across various platforms.
- Manage the video production process from scripting to post-production.
- Lead a team of video editors, graphic designers, and 3D designers based in India.
- Collaborate with international freelancers to produce high-quality content.
- Analyze content performance data to identify effective creative approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a content creation role.
- Presentation of a comprehensive portfolio of video and creative work.
- Proven track record managing video production processes.
- Strong production skills including directing, cinematography, photography, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- First-class editorial judgement.
