About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Colour Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for colour and textiles.

As a Colour Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring perfect colour across every fabric and trim. You will work closely with Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to bring seasonal palettes to life and ensure that every hue hits the mark and holds up in the real world.

You will be the go-to expert for all things colour related, from lab dips to print checks and fastness tests. Your sharp eye will keep our colours bold, consistent, and on-brand, helping to fuel the performance, style, and vibe our community loves whilst upholding our brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage lab dips across all fabrics and trims for seasonal and core programs
  • Review submissions for colour accuracy (Pantone, swatches, CADs) and provide clear vendor feedback
  • Maintain lab dip records in PLM or internal systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year experience in a Colour role
  • Familiarity with textile compliance & sustainability
  • Foundational knowledge of textiles, including fabric construction, fibres, finishes, and performance properties
  • Understanding of colour testing and validation, colour Management
  • Willing to Travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time
