We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the effective delivery of our volunteer programs. This role is ideal for someone who is communicative, committed to supporting meaningful volunteer involvement, and able to work closely with a Volunteer Manager.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure every stage of the volunteer experience is well-organized and welcoming. Key responsibilities include entering and maintaining accurate volunteer records, assisting with onboarding processes and compliance requirements, preparing communications and event materials, and helping coordinate key volunteer events throughout the year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A motivated and well-organized approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel
- Experience navigating HR/payroll or database systems
- A current NSW driver's licence
