- FIR A Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher.
- Night Training Endorsement (FIR NVFR).
- Experience with 1st and 2nd solo authorisation.
- FIR DF (Design Feature Training).
- FIR FIR (Flight Instructor Rating Training).
- FIR IR (Instrument Rating Training).
- Training in G1000 avionics.
- Training in C172 airplanes.
- Teaching Ground School subjects from PPL to ATPL.
- Teaching experience with international students.
- Passion for instructing, teaching, and sharing knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Personal integrity and strong ethical mindset.
- Accountability and responsibility for meeting objectives.
- Flexibility and understanding of cultural differences in students.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to working with others in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong desire to continue learning and developing technical and personal skills.
