Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to lead the development of leadership learning programs that drive business outcomes and develop people management capability.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of leaders in a supportive and forward-thinking team. You will collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that build people management capability and embed leadership behaviours across all levels.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end leadership development programs aligned to organisational capability frameworks.
  • Conduct needs analyses and gap assessments to inform program content and ensure relevance.
  • Create engaging, blended learning content using adult learning principles and modern instructional design techniques.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, including Train the Trainer programs, workshops, and pilot leadership programs.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements to ensure programs deliver real behavioural impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design focused on leadership development, strong knowledge of people management frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) is essential, while a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or similar is highly regarded.
