Job Opportunity for a Workflow Planner

We are seeking a skilled individual to plan and coordinate workflow through our service centres, including planning spare parts and orders.

This is a permanent position based in the Preston area.

The role involves various tasks, including supporting customers, daily service planning, updating service checklists, controlling spare RF stock, managing parts requirements, and coordinating service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with their queries and concerns
  • Daily service planning to ensure efficient workflow
  • Updating service checklists to reflect changing needs
  • Controlling spare RF stock levels to minimize waste
  • Managing parts requirements to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating service technicians to ensure prompt and effective delivery of services
