Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing operational performance standards, ensuring they are met across all areas of the business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in workforce planning methodologies and be able to think analytically and logically to apply creative solutions to resource constraints and changes.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Monitoring performance and making decisions regarding resource availability to achieve a balance between service delivery and financial objectives.
  • Providing insight and recommendations to stakeholders regarding operational initiatives.
  • Performing administrative duties including updates to schedules, break optimisation, staff adjustments and overtime allocation for the current and next calendar day.
  • Suggesting solutions to issues identified trends, operational issues and process gaps; while managing contacts from all staff relating to planned and unplanned absences and assessing the impact on staffing requirements.
  • Assessing weather warnings to determine potential impacts on operational performance and performing severe weather reforecast processes as required.
About You

Ideally, you will have significant experience in workforce planning methodologies in a contact centre environment.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience in common metrics used in a contact centre environment.
  • The ability to think critically and apply innovative solutions to resource constraints and changes.
  • An understanding of workforce management principles and practices and the ability to manage resources to meet fluctuating workloads and conditions.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
