Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice generation and management through Lumary/Salesforce, with accuracy and attention to detail being crucial.
  • Claims processing and results file management within the NDIS portal.
  • Management of a dedicated customer account base, ensuring timely follow-up and debt collection where necessary.
  • Effective communication with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting or relevant field, with experience in accounts receivable and financial transactions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
