Job Overview

The Program Manager role is pivotal in creating a safe work environment by developing and executing programs to mitigate risks and enhance employee experiences. This includes identifying potential hazards through data analysis and real-world experience, designing effective programs, and refining processes to minimize risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large-scale projects/programs within business units and across various regions.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATE WITH MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONS TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE NEW INITIATIVES AND ROADMAPS ANNUALLY.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND PARTNERS TO ALIGN ON PROJECT/OBJECTIVE GOALS AND RESOURCES.
  • MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF PROGRAMS/PROJECTS FROM CONCEPTION TO DELIVERY.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAM OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF USING DATA AND METRICS TO DETERMINE AND DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS.
  • ABILITY TO OWN PROGRAM STRATEGY, END-TO-END DELIVERY, AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE RESULTS TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP.
