Job Description:

As a Send Away Laboratory Assistant/Clerical Worker, you will be accountable and responsible for the quality and timeliness of all aspects of sendaway and logistics processes.

This position requires relevant experience and understanding of specimen reception processes and customer service together with a general knowledge of pathology. You will provide accurate and timely preparation and registration of pathology specimens for referred tests.

Key responsibilities include working in a team environment with minimal supervision, advanced keyboard and data entry skills with high levels of accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of specimens for analysis to referral laboratories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant experience and understanding of specimen reception processes and customer service
