About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Software Security Engineer to join our Platform Security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure solutions that protect our platform and its users.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Secure Solutions: You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement secure solutions that meet our compliance and security controls.
  • Align with Compliance and Security Controls: You will ensure that our platform and its users are protected from security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Encourage Innovation and Continuous Improvement: You will foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging your colleagues to think creatively and develop new solutions.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: You will mentor and guide junior engineers in their growth trajectory, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong Experience in Information Security Fundamentals: You have a strong background in information security fundamentals and have been working in the industry for several years.
  • Experience with Distributed Web-Based Applications: You have experience with distributed web-based applications and their security posture, risk, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience with SAST & DAST, CI/CD Pipelines: You have experience with SAST & DAST, CI/CD pipelines, and associated security toolings around SDLC.
  • Deep Knowledge of Web Application Vulnerabilities: You have deep knowledge of web application vulnerabilities, secure coding, and fundamentals on cryptography.
  • Experience with Authentication & Authorization Platforms: You have experience with authentication & authorization platforms, CIAM, OAuth2, OpenID, and ensuring high customer security posture.
