We're seeking a highly skilled Software Security Engineer to join our Platform Security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure solutions that protect our platform and its users.
Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Secure Solutions: You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement secure solutions that meet our compliance and security controls.
- Align with Compliance and Security Controls: You will ensure that our platform and its users are protected from security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Encourage Innovation and Continuous Improvement: You will foster an environment of continuous improvement and encourage innovation in our team.
- Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: You will mentor and guide more junior engineers in their growth trajectory.
Requirements
- Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong problem-solving skills and can tackle complex and ambiguous problems.
- Information Security Fundamentals: You have experience in information security fundamentals and have worked in the industry for several years.
- Distributed Web Applications: You have experience with distributed web-based applications and their security posture, risk, and vulnerability remediation.
- Security Tooling: You have experience with SAST & DAST, CI/CD pipelines, and associated security toolings around SDLC.
- Web Application Vulnerabilities: You have deep knowledge of web application vulnerabilities, secure coding, and fundamentals on cryptography.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: You have experience with building and testing Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans in the cloud.
- Authentication and Authorization: You have experience with authentication and authorization platforms, CIAM, OAuth2, OpenID, and ensuring high customer security posture.
