Job Overview

This role oversees the development of technical strategies and operational standards to support sales and delivery processes.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Lead teams in implementing cloud solutions, coordinating activities across Microsoft and customer groups, and ensuring alignment with industry and organizational procedures.
  2. Manage Risks: Monitor the team's approach to managing business and technical risks, applying governance principles to identify, communicate, and reduce such risks.
  3. Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize tasks according to business needs and organizational goals.

Customer Focus
  1. Deliver Efficient Services: Support the team in delivering efficient services and a consistent customer experience.
  2. Enhance Customer Experience: Address customer risks and challenges, handle confidence calls, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and value realization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 3+ years people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects or teams.
  • Technical certifications in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
