  • The Security Services Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of security operations, engineering, and governance functions across the program.

This role demands strategic leadership, team development, workload management, and quality assurance. You will oversee routine operations, coordinate activities, and deliverables, ensuring prioritization, scheduling, and alignment with program goals and governance frameworks.

You will also maintain effective tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes for delivering secure, supportable ICT and cyber solutions. This role involves collaboration with technical leaders and business units to design and deliver complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Lead and manage teams, overseeing performance, coaching, career development, and training.
  • Workload, Governance & Quality Oversight: Coordinate activities and deliverables, ensuring prioritisation, scheduling, and alignment with program goals and governance frameworks.
  • Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement: Maintain effective tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes for delivering secure, supportable ICT and cyber solutions.
  • Cross-Functional & Business Engagement: Collaborate with technical leaders and business units to design and deliver complex solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated technical and team leadership in operational roles.
  • ITIL Process Expertise: Practical experience with formal ITIL Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes.
  • Cyber Security Exposure: Background in Cyber Security Operations or supporting services is preferred.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Strong commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Experience successfully leading teams across varied functions.
Requirements

  • Experience with Cyber Security Operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
