Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality assurance, accounts, and administration personnel
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to team members
  • Continuously review and improve operational program processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Work closely with the Directors and Executive Leadership Team to manage studio operations
  • Manage HR systems within the office in liaison with an external HR advisor

Requirements
  • Familiarity with macro business systems such as financial reporting, HR+IR, Quality Assurance, and Operational Software
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and ever-changing organization

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks
  • Previous experience in a Design and/or Architecture studio is desirable
