About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager - Dams to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Dams Group, you will be responsible for leading the design delivery of dams projects, ensuring they are completed within the constraints of quality, time, and budget.

With a strong background in dams engineering and design, you will have a proven track record of delivering large projects on time, within budget, and to outstanding quality. Your excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing will enable you to effectively engage and guide project delivery teams, while working closely with end clients and contractors.

As a Design Manager - Dams, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for the delivery of projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.

We are looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in dams engineering and design. If you have a proven track record of delivering large projects and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design delivery of dams projects, ensuring they are completed within the constraints of quality, time, and budget.
  • Utilize your dams expertise, leadership, coordination, and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for the delivery of projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.
